عند طلب عرض توضيحي أو عرض سعر، نستلم ما تكتبه في النموذج فقط:

When you ask for a demo or a quote, we receive only what you enter in the form:

• الاسم واسم الشركة
• المدينة وحجم الأسطول
• رقم الواتساب و/أو البريد الإلكتروني
• رسالتك، إن كتبت واحدة

• Your name and company name
• Your city and fleet size
• Your WhatsApp number and/or email
• Your message, if you write one

لا نطلب عبر هذا الموقع أي بيانات دفع أو هوية.

We do not ask for payment or ID details on this website.

لماذا نستخدمهاWhy we use it

نستخدم بياناتك للرد على طلبك، وترتيب العرض التوضيحي أو عرض السعر، ومتابعتك بخصوصه. ولا نستخدمها لأغراض أخرى دون موافقتك.

We use your information to reply to your request, arrange your demo or quote, and follow up about it. We don't use it for anything else without your consent.

كيف تصلناHow it reaches us

عند الضغط على «أرسل الطلب» تُرسَل بياناتك إلينا عبر خدمة نماذج آمنة نستخدمها لاستقبال الطلبات. وإذا تعذّر ذلك، يُفتح تطبيق البريد لديك ومعه رسالة جاهزة، ولا تصلنا إلا بعد أن ترسلها أنت. وإذا تواصلت معنا عبر واتساب، تصلنا الرسالة التي ترسلها هناك.

When you press "Send request", your details are sent to us through a secure form service we use to receive requests. If that doesn't work, your email app opens with a ready message, and nothing reaches us until you send it. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive the message you send there.

لا نبيع بياناتك. نشاركها فقط مع مزودي الخدمات الذين نحتاجهم لتشغيل أعمالنا، مثل خدمة استقبال النماذج والبريد الإلكتروني واستضافة الموقع، أو عندما يطلب النظام ذلك.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers we need to run our business, such as our form service, email and website hosting, or when the law requires it.

كم نحتفظ بهاHow long we keep it

نحتفظ ببياناتك فقط طوال المدة اللازمة للرد على طلبك ومتابعته، ثم نحذفها، ما لم يلزمنا النظام بالاحتفاظ بها مدة أطول.

We keep your information only as long as we need it to handle and follow up on your request, then we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

يحق لك أن تعرف ما لدينا من بيانات عنك، وأن تطلب نسخة منها أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، وأن تسحب موافقتك في أي وقت. راسلنا على hello@nawahfleet.com وسنرد عليك.

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a copy, correct it or have it deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@nawahfleet.com and we'll respond.

ما يحفظه الموقع في متصفحكWhat the site stores in your browser

يحفظ الموقع لغتك المفضلة (العربية أو الإنجليزية) في متصفحك فقط. ولا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز) للتتبع أو الإعلانات. تُحمَّل خطوط الموقع من خدمة Google Fonts، وقد تستقبل Google عنوان IP الخاص بجهازك لعرض الخطوط.

The site saves only your language choice (Arabic or English) in your browser. We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which may receive your device's IP address to deliver them.
